Global Medical Education Online AMC MCQ EXAM TRAINING is an intense preparation for the Australian Medical Council Multi Choice Question MCQ Exam. As doctors and future doctors certain expectations of professionalism and conduct are required. By enrolling, student acknowledges that they have read 'Terms of Enrollment', and that student accepts terms of enrollment as a condition of enrollment. Student acknowledges firm understanding of all terms of enrollment, and accepts all terms of enrollment.
Code Of Conduct
This Australian Medical Council Multi Choice Question MCQ Exam Program is specifically established to be an, informal, and intense preparation for successful completion of the MCQ exam. Global Medical Education Online reserves the right to terminate the enrollment, without refund or recourse,of any student found to be interfering with the internet delivery system or ability of others to study.
Intellectual Copyright of Material
Student acknowledges that they will receive certain Intellectual Materials which are copyrighted. These materials are for the express use of the student, and the student only. Student acknowledges that they do not have permission to copy, screenshot or distribute, or sell any course materials, and that student will retain control of course materials with the understanding that course materials are copyrighted Intellectual Property of Global Medical Education Online entrusted to student for the purpose of the student's education. Student acknowledges that this Intellectual Material is express property of Global Medical Education Online, and student will not disseminate this information to any other person or entity.Any violation of copyright will be aggressively prosecuted, and student acknowledges and accepts responsibility to reimburse Global Medical Education Online for any and all legal expenses associated with breach of copyright.
Cost of Course
Student acknowledges that Global Medical Education Online does not give refunds and enrollment fees are not transferable to other students. Student acknowledges if they are unable to attend the program enrolled for, a refund will not be given for any reason. Instead student may forward their enrollment to a future review date, coordinating it in advance with the staff or management of Global Medical Education Online.
Anonymous Information
We collect anonymous data when you visit most pages on the Global Medical Education Online Site. Indemnity
Student agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Global Medical Education Online and their respective employees, affiliates,officers, owners, agents, parents, insurers, predecessors, successors, or assigns from and against all loss, claims, demands, causes of action, injury, death, illness, liabilities, expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs arising from any claim arising out of or resulting from, in whole or in part, (a) any breach of this Agreement by the student; or (b) any omission or act taken or committed by student or any guests of student. Global Medical Education Online shall have the right to employ its own counsel and to assume its own defense in connection with this indemnification, but the reasonable fees and expenses of such counsel shall be borne by student and shall be paid when due.
Refunds, Returns, Exchanges
Because of the electronic nature of our products and intellectual property , we are unable to allow a refund requested more than 7 days after the purchase date, however, credit will be given for the equivalent amount of your purchase towards any of our other products. To apply for a credit you must write to us sending:
- The proof of your original transaction;
- Your identity and contact details if the purchase was for yourself or those of the person for whom you purchased the product (we may contact that person to discuss, and request copies of, the documents you have provided to them); Where an electronic password has been issued to the purchaser and the Learning Management System accessed with that password, a refund will not be made.
# If any electronic notes or training materials on our Student Education Portal have been accessed after purchase then we will not refund unless the circumstances pertaining to the refund request are exceptional in nature. In such cases the ascertaining of whether or not a refund will be granted and the extent of the refund always remains at our discretion.
